NAMI Greenville
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) – Greenville, South Carolina is a non-profit, grass-roots organization offering education, support, and advocacy for those with mental health challenges and their friends and families.
Their aim is to promote better quality of care, rights, and interests of citizens with Mental Illness, particularly of those who cannot speak for themselves, and to advocate policies at the local, state and national levels to accomplish these objectives.
Havenwood at Springbrook
The Havenwood Behavioral Health Programs at Springbrook have 40 years of providing excellent patient care to the mental health communities of South Carolina. The Hospital provides adult inpatient mental health services for; acute psychiatric, chronically mentally ill, substance use, and geriatric populations.
In addition to it’s adult inpatient mental health and substance use programs, the Hospital offers it’s Springbrook Autism programs. These programs treat children and adolescents with severe psychiatric/behavioral issues who are also dually diagnosed on the autism spectrum. The Springbrook Autism programs include; adolescent inpatient and assessment, psychiatric residential treatment, and outpatient psychiatry programs.
